As you can imagine, the trial involving artificial alpha squatter Ammon Bundy and 6 seditious co-defendant squatters in the Oregon standoff trial is sure to have some circus like scenes straight out of a ‘Dukes of Hazard’ meets ‘Peoples Court’ shitshow. Tuesday afternoon the judge and lawyers involved were thrown for a loop when Juror No. 4 questioned the impartiality and honesty of Juror No. 11 during deliberations via written letter addressed to the court. Also in the letter, other jurors asked, in part: “If we are able to agree on a verdict for 3 of the defendants, but are at a standoff for the others, does our decision for the three stand? Or does this become a mistrial for all the defendants?” That’s when defense lawyer Per C. Olson said the first question raised “a very serious matter of jury bias that has potentially tainted this jury,” and asked that Juror No. 11 “simply be dismissed” while possibly simultaneously more defense lawyers argued that the court shouldn’t address the second question until the judge addressed the first question. At the end of the day though, the judge decided to address No. 4’s concerns and questioned Juror No. 11 in her chambers with a court reporter, a prosecutor and defense lawyers in the case all present, eventually concluding she had no basis to believe Juror No. 11 was being untruthful. Naturally that didn’t set well with Marcus Mumford, Ammon Bundy’s attorney, who felt “further examination should have been made,” and further told the court: “If we do not get to the bottom of this statement, we’re inviting a mistrial,” which if I’m not mistaken is actually something the defendant might think to be a good thing. And of course Matlock wannabe lawyer Ryan Bundy, who’s representing himself, agreed: “I believe a bias existed within him [No. 11] to begin with. That does need to be explored.”
But that’s not all that happened.
Tickturd Brian “Booda” Cavalier was sentenced Tuesday to the time he’s already served in custody – 9 months. Surely you remember this guy?! He was Ammon Bundy’s personal bodyguard up until he left the compound after news reports revealed he had lied about serving in the military. You might actually remember him as Fluffy Unicorn. Whatever, he’s a fucking lying looser, a fatter fuck of a version of Montana’s Ryan Payne; Arizona’s Blaine Cooper; Oregon’s Joseph Rice; and Jeffrey Edward Prosen of Texas, all #YallQaeda “Patriots” and “Militia” members who constantly and en masse bragged but were actually lying “about being captured, held as POW’s, and being wounded in battle” after taking over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
Nate Thayer wrote about Cavalier on January 9, 2016: He was confronted at the Oregon occupation this week with Marine Corps records that showed he never served in the armed forces. “That’s unfortunate that someone would say that. I’m not commenting on anything. I told you what it is,” Cavalier told reporters. “ We both have a job to do,” he told inquiring reporters. Then, after he was exposed as a military fraud on January 6, Brian “Booda” Calalier fled the Oregon compound and is reportedly holed up in a nearby Oregon motel drinking heavily.
‘Fluffy’ was the first of the 26 indicted defendants to plead guilty to conspiring to impede federal workers and carrying guns in offices, sleeping quarters and other buildings at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Five others had the gun charge dismissed after pleading guilty to the single charge of conspiring to impede employees for the U.S. F&WS and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management from doing their work at the Burns bird sanctuary during the 41-day armed occupation. His being the first guilty plea lead to rumblings from ten gallon tin foil fedora wearing #YallQaeda supporters to start screaming SNITCH!!!, and one site in particular, Oregon Standoff Trials, whose sister site is BundyRanchTrials.com (
so it must be a reliable source) stated openly: It is believed that 43-year old Brian ‘Booda’ Cavalier is a cooperating witness for the federal government providing information on the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge… And in less than a paragraph, the belief becomes conspiratorial truth: It is still unknown at what point Cavalier began cooperating with authorities. Was it after his January 26 arrest on Oregon’s highway 395 in route to John Day with occupation leaders Ammon and Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne, Shawna Cox and the now deceased, LaVoy Finicum? Or, was it before that, while the occupation was in full swing?
The OST twits may have to wait some time to get the truth from domestic terrorist and possible turncoat ‘Fluffy Booda’, he’ to remain under a U.S. Marshals Service hold, and is expected to be transferred to Nevada, where he’ll face more fun in the form of another federal indictment stemming from the 2014 armed standoff with federal agents outside Ammon and Ryan’s daddy Cliven Bundy’s ranch near Bunkerville, Nevada.
